Toastmaster & Master of Ceremonies Training
4 Days Residential + 1 Day Online Training
The UK Toastmaster Academy offers an intensive five-day professional training programme, comprising four days of residential instruction and one additional online training session.
This comprehensive course has been expertly developed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to perform the duties of a Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies to the highest standard.
The 2026 training sessions are scheduled for 23rd–26th March and 20th–23rd July.
Location: CHESTER.
Course fee: £2,500.
Throughout the residential program, delegates will participate in immersive learning sessions and practical role-play exercises that are both stimulating and challenging. A guest Toastmaster will also be in attendance, providing an excellent opportunity for delegates to ask questions and gain valuable insight from an experienced professional.
Each participant will receive comprehensive course materials, including a detailed training manual containing all the essential information needed to perform the duties of a Professional Toastmaster with confidence and excellence.
Additional benefits include full UKTA membership, which provides:

Marketing and Business Development:
Delegates will also receive dedicated training on marketing strategies and business start-up guidance — essential tools for building a successful and sustainable career as a Professional Toastmaster. Richard Lavender will serve as the principal trainer, providing expert guidance throughout the program. The course is limited to 10 participants, so early registration is strongly recommended to secure your place.

Online In Person Toastmaster Training

The UK Toastmaster Academy is proud to offer a comprehensive Online In Person.. Training Course, now one of the most popular online programmes in the sector.
Designed with busy professionals in mind, this course allows you to train and qualify as a Professional Toastmaster from the comfort of your own home. There is no need to travel to distant classrooms or disrupt your schedule. The program is geographically flexible, more affordable than traditional classroom training, and ideal for mature or semi-retired students with computer and internet access.
Online In Person – this is the format we train and we can even offer one to one training.
Thoughtfully Designed
The curriculum is carefully structured to provide a thorough foundation in all aspects of the Toastmaster role.
Central to the course is a comprehensive training manual, an essential guide containing expertly crafted and clearly explained ceremonies/events. This single volume covers every facet of a Toastmaster’s responsibilities, from orchestrating traditional weddings and mastering ceremonial protocols, to gaining insights into civic events and city engagements.

Upon Completion
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive detailed guidance on acquiring the appropriate uniform and regalia, ensuring you are fully prepared to perform all aspects of a Professional Toastmaster’s duties with confidence and professionalism.
